Returns

The return option is valid for 30 days. If more than 30 days have elapsed since your purchase, we cannot offer you an exchange or refund.

Only unused items that are in the same condition in which you received them are eligible for a return. The item must also be returned in its original packaging.

Some items cannot be returned. This applies, for example, to perishable items such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines. We also do not accept returns of hygienic or sanitary items, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Other items that cannot be returned:

* gift vouchers

* downloadable software products

* some health and personal hygiene products

To process your return, we need a receipt or proof of your purchase.

Do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.

In certain cases, only part of the price will be refunded: (if applicable)

* Books that have clearly been used

* CDs, DVDs, video tapes, software, games, cassette tapes or vinyl records whose packaging has been opened

* Items not in their original condition, damaged or missing parts, and where this is not due to us

* items not returned within a period of 30 days from delivery

Refunds (if any)

After receiving and inspecting the returned items, we will send you a receipt confirmation via e-mail. We will also let you know whether we have approved or rejected your refund.

If we approve your refund, it will be processed and automatically settled via your credit card or your original payment method within a certain number of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven't received your refund yet, check your bank account first.

If necessary, contact your credit card issuer. It may take a while for your refund to show up.

If that is not the problem, contact your bank. It often takes time to process a refund.

Discounted items (if applicable)

No refunds can be made for items that have been discounted.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace defective or damaged items. If you wish to exchange an item for the same item, please email peter@justgrill.be and send the item to Lippenslaan 52, Knokke, West Flanders, 8300, Belgium.

Gifts

If it is an item purchased specifically as a gift and sent directly to you, you will receive a credit for the value of the returned item. We will send you a gift voucher as soon as we receive the returned item.

If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase or the giver first received the item themselves and only then gave it to you, we will refund the item to the person who gave it to you and thus they will be notified that you have returned it.

Shipping

To return your item, send it to Lippenslaan 52, Knokke, West Flanders, 8300, Belgium.

Shipping costs for returning the item will be at your expense. Shipping costs will not be refunded. When you receive a refund, the shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

How long a replacement item is on its way to you depends on where you are.

If you send us an item worth more than €75, please consider a shipping service with a tracking option or insurance. We make no guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
